JR Dicker

President and Owner

JR has been in the courier industry since 1986. He has had experience serving on the Board of Directors for the California Delivery Association, including serving as past President. JR's father, Frank Dicker SR, and mother, Donna Dicker, founded Gold Rush Express Delivery in 1986 with the idea that they could provide a better service than what was out there at the time. JR is a US Marine, "blazing a path into battle for others to follow". He strongly believes that successful people say, "How can we do it better?" while unsuccessful people say "This is how we have always done it." We live that philosophy every day, reflecting how can we be better?

Rachelle Dicker

Vice President and General Manager

Rachelle has been working for Gold Rush Express Delivery since 2002, starting off as a customer service rep. She has performed every job in the company and is our current General Manager. Her passion is finding efficiencies and providing a service that has a positive impact on the community. She has coined the term, "Saving lives and making babies", to remind everyone that what we do here is important and to feel proud that people are alive today because of what we do. You may have seen her face on buses a few years ago when she was name one of PG&E's Energy Champions.
